We are a licensed 16 en-suite bedroom establishment catering for families, couples and singles. We are completely NO SMOKING and all our rooms have colour tv's tea and coffee making facilities and controlled heating. We have a stair lift to the first floor. |

There is plenty of car parking at the front and rear, so why not leave the car and catch a tram from across the road to either Cleveleys, Fleetwood or just into Blackpool. We will do everything we can to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. |
